Sauces included regular tomato, spicy tomato, pesto, white, etc.. The topping choices were what you would expect in a pizza place, and did not disappoint. Blaze Keto Pizza would fall into the Dirty Keto category. Not a lot of healthy fats or vegetables and with 3 slices containing over 40 grams of protein it could throw your keto macro-nutrient ratio out of whack.
